Born in Rochester, New York, Dr. Devine now resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife. Dr. Devine graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in 1992 earning his Doctor of Medicine Degree. He completed his Internship at the Kaiser Permanente Foundation Hospital in San Francisco, California in 1993. Dr. Devine's Residency was completed June 1996 at the University of Tennessee, specializing in Ophthalmology. His Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Diseases was completed June 1996 at the University of Tennessee, specializing in Ophthalmology. His Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Diseases was completed June 1998 at the Charles Retina Institute in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Devine specializes in Vitreo-Retinal Disease and surgery.
