Jean Noll, M.D.

Dr. Jean Noll, Board Certified Ophthalmologist, is originally from Passaic, New Jersey but has been living and practicing locally since 1991. Dr. Jean M. Noll received her B.S. from St. Johns University, Jamaica, New York, in 1980. From there, Dr. Noll continued her education at the Eastern Virginia Medical School from 1980-1983 where she earned her medical degree.

Dr. Noll completed her internship at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1984 and her residency at the University of Kentucky in 1987. From 1987-1991 Dr. Jean Noll served as Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky prior to joining the Halpin-Poweleit Eye Centers in 1991. Dr. Noll has professional affiliations with The American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, Kentucky Academy of Physicians and Surgeons, Kentucky Medical Association, Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, ASCRS, and The International Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Jean Noll was the first surgeon in the Tri-State to offer Conductive Keratoplasty (CK) to its patients. Dr. Noll continues to stay on the forefront of technology offering CUSTOM CORNEA LASIK as well as CK. Dr. Noll will also be offering the Crystalens to her patients in the near future.
