Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Dr. Daun now resides in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky with his wife. He graduated from the University of Utah, earning his Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1987. He completed his Internship at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, the Medical University of South Carolina, the Stanford University in Stanford, California, Wilson Medical Center in Darlington, South Carolina, Bamberg County Hospital in Bamberg, South Carolina, and the Samaritan Family Health Center of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, specializing in Ophthalmology. His Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Disease was completed at the Louisiana State University in June 1995. Dr. Daun specializes in Vitreo-Retinal Diseases and surgery. His Professional Affiliations include the AAO, ABO, AMA, Ohio State Medical Association, and the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine. Dr. Daun is licensed though the State of Ohio and Kentucky in Ophthalmology and Board Certified since 1989 from the American Board of Ophthalmology.
