Dr. Robert B. Werner graduated from Case Institute of Technology with a degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and his ophthalmology residency was performed at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Werner is Board certified in ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmological Society and the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine.

In practice in the Greater Cincinnati area since 1983, Dr. Werner has a full time office practice devoted to general ophthalmology.
