Dr.Stephen T. Kondash graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. After his internship at The Christ Hospital, he completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Kondash is board certified in ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmology Society and the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine. He was elected President of the Cincinnati Society of Ophthalmology in 1998.

Our priority is to provide you with comprehensive and compassionate eye care of the highest quality, using the latest techniques and equipment. He has a special interest in cataract surgery, laser surgery for multiple ocular conditions including diabetes and glaucoma.

Tri-State Vision Center is conveniently located in our office. We offer the latest technology in glasses and contact lenses for patients that require assistance with reading, computer, and lifestyle activities. Our licensed optician will assist you in selection and custom fitting of eyewear and contact lenses.

All of our frames and lenses have a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Eyewear adjustments and minor repairs are offered at no extra charge to our patients.
